Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions are held by appointment and payment is required to book. Your time is reserved for you; please treat it accordingly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours before your session. Cancellations made with 72 or more hours' notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your session will be issued a credit in the full amount, valid for 90 days, to be applied toward a future booking.

No-shows — sessions missed without any notice — are not eligible for refund or credit.

The Witchwork reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
